Amazing Arms

I was reading the blog of a fellow bride-to-be (The Vintage Modern Bride) and she posted about a website called OneHundredPushUps.com that gives you a workout plan to help you reach the goal of doing 100 push ups in 7 weeks.  She is planning on starting the workout plan to keep her arms and abs toned, and I think this is an awesome idea!

I teach group exercise classes and work out pretty regularly, but there are always those days that I just can't bring myself to put my running shoes on and leave the house.  This is something that I can do at home, that I could do in my pajamas, that I could do on those days when I don't have any motivation to hit the workout hard.

I'm thinking I'll start with modified push ups for the first 7 weeks and then try for the normal push ups.  I really can't imagine myself doing 100 normal push ups, but just think about how great my arms are going to look when I get there.
