Corsages

I can't even believe I have not talked about these sooner... maybe I'm losing my mind, or maybe I was saving it for something??

So a while back, I did a poll to find out what brooch my readers liked best for the corsages for the mothers and grandmothers.  I don't know where I got the idea... I probably saw it somewhere, but I didn't want to do the flower on the wrist (way too easy to break or snag) or pinned on the dress (I want our favorite ladies to be able to show of their beautiful outfits, and all the hugs tend to smash flowers).

So, the winner from the poll is actually the one that we also liked best, so instead of flowers, they will be wearing these beautiful brooches

I got them in the mail when we were up in Indiana this summer and they look great!  They were less than $10 each, and I think they will be a great accessory, but not something that they will have to be messing with all night like a drooping flower.
