Bridal Shower - Preview

In case you haven't read my blog for a long time, you should know that I have the BEST Maid of Honor, probably on the planet.  She's so fantastic and I can't EVEN believe that there was ever a time that I considered not having one... what was I thinking?

There are a few fun things that are already planned as pre-wedding events... specifically a Texas bridal shower in March and a Bachelorette Party and Indiana shower in May.  Just a side note, my Maid of Honor lives in Alabama and is planning all things from there.

So, one of my friends from the area who is a fantastic party planner helped my MOH find a place here to have a bridal shower and since then, the MOH has done all the organizing and planning.  We have a cute wine bar reserved for a couple of hours, and it's on Main Street in Grapevine, the city where I grew up.

This week, she sent me some menu options for food and wine!  I know there will be almond champagne involved and some other wine.  I think we are also going to do some fancy cheese, deli trays, vegis, bread and olive oil and of course some sweets!  What goes better with wine than good friends and good food?  I'm so excited... I love having a reason to get dressed up and drink wine... nothing better!!!

I have the best MOH... everyone should be so lucky!!!!
