SERIOUSLY!??!!?!??!?!

I found a great gift for my dad's Father of the Bride gift at Zales.  I got a GREAT deal on it and I paid to have it engraved on the back.  I'M NEVER GOING THERE FOR ANYTHING AGAIN!!!!!

I was told it was going to be ready last Friday - NO!  We went in on Monday to pick it up.  We looked at it and the engraving and it was COMPLETELY crooked.  It was scratched.  The date was not in the formal that I asked for it to be (7-2-11, not 7/2/11 like it's printed on my receipt), and the first two words of the engraving were smaller than the other words - it's all one sentence, and there's no reason for there to be different sizes.

So, the guys we spoke with said they would get it fixed.  Fine... I'll be patient (not one of my strongest qualities) because I just want it right.  He told me he would do his best to have it back to me on Thursday.  I get a call today from him that says he has "news" about the watch.  I call back, he's not there, the lady I am talking to says the watch is ready.

We drove all the way back there (probably a 20-30 minute trip) to find that yes, the engraving was straight (they did not have to re-engrave), and the scratches seemed to be gone, BUT nothing else was fixed.  SERIOUSLY?  I just dropped a few hundred dollars in your store, I bought your "warranties" and I've been patient, but my patience is never very forgiving, ESPECIALLY WHEN I TELL YOU WHAT I WANT!!!!

So it better be right next time... I don't know what I'll do if it's not because I want what I bought and I think I'm going to have a hard time finding it elsewhere.  I just can't believe they are so incompetent.
